New challenge over at Cupcake Inspirations...such a fun challenge

My card:

I used a freebie that i got from free digital stamps....i colored with my 80's glam sharpies...added a cheer sentiment which was free over at stampfairy stamps....added some blue and red ribbon ...with red white and blue papers
