Challenge #31

Challenge #31!! This week's theme is "Birthday (must use balloons)"!!!! So, let's get the party started:) Create a project and post by September 25th, 11:59PM (EST

This is my first time creating a card for celebrate the occasion...im very happy to have found this challenge blog

I found the balloon freebie over at stamping boutique in which i colored with my sharpies.....i used dcwv cardstock called All About Girls stack...such cool papers....i stamped on a sentiment from my stampendous stamps...my zig zag border i bought at michaels

such a fun challenge ....head over and join in on the fun
