my card:
i used lulu framed by dilly beans: http://sillydillybeans.blogspot.com/2012/05/418-lulu-framed-3.html
colored her with my sharpie markers, i added blue stickle to her eyelashes, such a cool affect, my papers and border are from the glitter sweet stack from dcwv, i googled the sentiment on my computer and printed it out....
glittery and sparkly like yummy candies
