Today is a new Dilly Bean's challenge........HALLOWEEN
so i used my dilly beans image LuLu Framed, colroed with my sharpie markers, i added some orange stickle glitter to her hair, i added a 3d pumpkin along with blue polka dot ribbon and bow, i printed the halloween paper and used black cardstock
